The Camp John Hay Condotels are 5-star condo-hotel facilities. Through a Lease-back Agreement lasting 15 years and renewable afterward, unit owners enjoy the benefit of having a return on their investment, while being afforded 30-nights per year free use of their unit or a comparable accommodation should such arrangements become necessary and convenient at the time of availment.

- Handles all concerns pertaining to Condotel Unit Owners
- Distributes Cash Dividends
- Handles usage/bookings of the use of the complimentary night stays of Condotel Unit Owners.
