Avelino Padilla specializes in the marketing and sales of high-end properties in Baguio City and suburbs. He is a Licensed Real Estate Broker (REBL BGT-259-RB) and a member of different real estate associations.

He currently serves as the President of the Real Estate Association of the Philippines (REBAP), Benguet Chapter.
